Grace Chute, Masters Intern

*Berlin Office

Grace has her undergraduate degree in Developmental Psychology and is a Masters Intern attending Liberty University for Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has worked with children for over 30 years, including her current position of Children’s Director at her local church. Her decision to study psychiatry and counseling is a result of the Covid-19 days, through which she saw families fall apart and children exhibit anxiety and depression. Her goal is to help those who are hurting find healing by learning to control their thoughts, actions and feelings. Her techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, because she believes people know the best answer to solve their problems, they just need some help getting to that answer. She also incorporates physical health into treatment plans because she believes in healing of the whole self for long lasting results.

Grace is married to her best friend from college and they have three amazing daughters. She loves gardening, cooking, fishing and hanging out with her chickens. She teaches high school ELA part-time and is very involved in her community.
