Change often begins when someone feels understood enough to make sense of their own experiences. That is the kind of space I strive to offer. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across clinical, school, and community settings. I hold Master’s degrees in Human Services and Christian Ministries, as well as Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
I take a compassionate, individualized approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and trauma-informed care. I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relational challenges, including strengthening communication and building healthy relationship foundations. I am committed to creating a supportive, collaborative space where individuals can build resilience and work toward meaningful change.
